Dissemination Areas for large urban centres
Maps in this series show the boundaries and codes of dissemination areas within one census tract. The series covers census tracts in 27 census metropolitan areas and 19 census agglomerations having populations over 50,000. A dissemination area is a small area composed of one or more neighbouring blocks, with a population of 400 to 700 persons. All of Canada is divided into dissemination areas. Maps for medium and small urban centres and rural areas are available in two other series of maps.
Each map is approximately 27 cm by 43 cm (11 inches by 17 inches).
